Tiles of Heritage

A free tile painting activity to help preserve our legacy and heritage

About this project

Tiles of Heritage is an art project, for young adults and children, that will help us commemorate 25 years of service to our community, and help preserve our legacy and heritage for future generations.

This project will consist of a commemorative bench covered with Lebanese-themed tiles, hand-painted by artists under the age of 18, from our community.

Would your child be interested in leaving a lasting artistic contribution at the House of Lebanon? We would love to invite them over for a tile painting event on Sunday, September 15th.

Event details

Sunday, September 15th, 1:30 pm to 4 pm.
House of Lebanon, 4800 Wilshire Bl, Los Angeles, CA 90010.

A bouncy house will keep non-participating children busy while refreshments and snacks will be served to the artists and their chaperones. Secure underground parking available.

Guidelines

This event is open to the first 40 registered artists under 18 years of age.

The 24 best tiles will be installed by the artists on the commemorative bench at the House o Lebanon, on Saturday, October 5th.

The remaining 16 tiles will be given to their respective artists.
